All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by HL Wireless. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Pricing, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Orders may be placed through our website's online checkout; submitting an order does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by us.
3. Payment
Payment is processed through our authorized payment processor at the time your order is confirmed. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the approved amount. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. For orders outside the United States, including Canada and international destinations, please contact us for shipping availability and cost. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is new, unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. SMS Notifications
- SMS notifications are used for internal business order notifications only. They alert the authorized business owner when a customer places an order on the website.
- Customers are NOT automatically enrolled in marketing SMS.
- Message frequency may vary. SMS is sent only when an order is placed; there is no recurring or scheduled message program.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any messages you send to us.
- No promotional or marketing SMS will be sent without separate explicit consent.
7. HELP & STOP (Opt-Out) Support
Customers who text us regarding an order may opt out of receiving further SMS replies at any time by replying STOP to any message. To request assistance, reply HELP. After opting out, you may receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out
